• If you have issues accessing the event, please confirm your browser is up to date and refresh your page. If you receive a black screen, please clear your cache and log back in.  

• Please refresh the page.

• Close excess browser tabs or applications Keeping too many applications open can make everything run slower, including video playback.

• If you are connected to a VPN, please disconnect and go to event link. Many VPNs cause connectivity issues.

• If your organization has a strict firewall in place, as many banks and health care organizations do, you will need to access the link from an internet connection that is not tied to the organization and the firewall.
